Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all BARK garment tags and labels remain attached.
Print & Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off & Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the goods, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
